By using this website, you agree to these website terms. Product enquiries do not become confirmed orders until Shalom Poshak confirms the complete order details in writing.

Website purpose
This website presents Shalom Poshak collections, product information, and enquiry options. It does not currently provide an online checkout or payment gateway.

Product information and price
- Each of the six signature products is listed at ₹19,999.
- Product photographs are real brand imagery; perceived colour can vary by screen and lighting.
- Fitting, alteration, delivery charges, timing, and any separately requested custom work are discussed before order confirmation.
- A product page, form submission, or WhatsApp message does not reserve stock or create a sale by itself.

Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, measurement, occasion, and delivery information.
- Review the confirmed product, scope, timeline, and policy terms before payment.
- Use the website and enquiry channels lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt their operation.

Intellectual property
Website copy, product names, brand presentation, photographs, graphics, and design are owned by or licensed to Shalom Poshak. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Liability and changes
Shalom Poshak may update website content and these terms as the ordering and payment system evolves. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
