From our atelier to your celebration.
Shalom Poshak currently accepts order enquiries rather than online payments. Dispatch timing, delivery address, charges, and the delivery method are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.

Order confirmation
- Adding details to an enquiry form does not create a confirmed order.
- A product, price, fitting direction, delivery location, and estimated dispatch timeline must be confirmed by the studio.
- Do not send payment until you receive an official order confirmation from Shalom Poshak.

Dispatch estimates
The expected dispatch date depends on fitting requirements, finishing work, and the event timeline. An estimate is shared before confirmation and may be revised if the scope changes.
- Ready and made-to-measure timelines can differ.
- Festival periods, weather disruption, courier restrictions, and remote locations may affect delivery.
- Urgent delivery requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Shipping charges and tracking
Applicable shipping charges are disclosed before order confirmation. When tracking is available, it is shared after dispatch through the contact method used for the order.

Delivery inspection
- Please inspect the outer package before accepting it when practical.
- Photograph visible transit damage and the product condition promptly after opening.
- Report a wrong item, missing item, or transit damage within 48 hours of recorded delivery so the studio can review the courier evidence.

Address responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing a complete recipient name, phone number, postal address, and postal code. Re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be chargeable.
