Clear care for a personal piece.
Poshak may involve personal measurements and order-specific finishing. Eligibility therefore depends on the confirmed order status and whether work has begun. The applicable terms are provided before payment.

Before an order is confirmed
An enquiry can be withdrawn at any time before the studio confirms the order. No online payment is collected through this website.

Cancellation after confirmation
- Contact the studio immediately if you need to cancel.
- If material allocation, fitting, alteration, or finishing has not begun, the studio will review whether cancellation is possible.
- Once personalized work has begun, cancellation or refund may be limited because the piece is being prepared for the confirmed client requirements.

Returns
Made-to-measure, altered, or personalized pieces are generally not eligible for a preference-based return. This does not affect review of an incorrect item, verified defect, or transit damage.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered after delivery, and returned with its original components if a return is approved.
- Colour differences caused only by display settings or photography are not treated as defects, though the studio will review material differences in good faith.
- Do not ship an item back without written return instructions.

Damage or incorrect item
Notify the studio within 48 hours of recorded delivery with the order reference, packaging photographs, and clear images or video of the issue. The studio may offer inspection, correction, replacement, alteration support, or another appropriate resolution after review.

Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, the method and processing estimate are confirmed in writing. Courier charges and non-recoverable personalized work may be treated according to the reason for cancellation or return.
